Requirements
  • At least one year of retail or customer service experience; leadership experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Must be available to work nights and weekends regularly
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs.)
  • Comfortable working in a retail environment that includes busy periods and interacting with diverse guests
Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding service by engaging with guests, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
  • Assist with restocking, organizing, and maintaining the sales floor. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and replenished as needed
  • Perform sales transactions accurately, reconcile paperwork, and ensure proper handling of credit card processes
  • Maintain attractive, clean, and organized displays in line with the shop’s standards
  • Open and close the shop during assigned shifts, following established procedures for security and operations
  • Work alongside staff and volunteers to ensure smooth operations and uphold customer service standards
  • Assist with tracking inventory levels, reporting low-stock items, and supporting periodic inventory counts
