Requirements
  • 1–3 years of business accounting or finance experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Ability to work productively, prioritize action items, and produce results while remaining flexible to environmental changes.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to structure and process qualitative or quantitative data and draw insightful conclusions.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese.
  • Business-level fluency in Japanese.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with departmental annual and quarterly budget preparation and tracking in accordance with internal timelines.
  • Implement efficiency measures that transition departmental manual operations to automated processing.
  • Assist with annual budget preparation.
  • Support annual cost reduction initiatives and tariff planning.
  • Assist in managing first-quarter and third-quarter performance results and budget finalization.
  • Support data analysis for monthly price-parts variance reports.
  • Assist with process improvements for various manual systems.
  • Coordinate supplier communication related to the Business Continuity Plan, tariff notifications, and UFLPA compliance.
  • Manage data and documentation for annual audits.
Desired Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a Tier 1 automotive environment and electronics experience.
