Requirements
  • 7+ years of extensive Salesforce architect/technical lead
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, LWC, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs and Salesforce configuration
  • 3+ years of team leadership and people management experience
  • Experience with advising team members on how to resolve complex technical problems
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Conga, Financial force or similar tools will be a big plus
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other applications using SOAP, REST, BULK APIs
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Good at facilitating structured meetings, gaining advocacy, driving decisions, and promoting positive change
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to create structure for prioritization of work across teams
  • Able to collaborate with and coordinate a mix of business and IT professionals that includes security admins, architects, analysts and engineers
  • Able to build a high-quality team from scratch and create an inspiring, collaborative environment with an open communication culture
  • Able to “see the big picture” across people, process, data and systems and execute real solutions that scale
Responsibilities
  • Partner with Business stakeholders and provide Sales Cloud and CPQ platform expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions that supports our GTM strategy
  • Responsible for designing and executing best possible solutions for the internal customers
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
  • Collaborate with business partners and systems analysts in defining functional and technical requirements in the analysis and design of the solution
  • Drive and lead end-to-end solutioning of GTM platform implementation and rollouts, contribute thought leadership on POCs, solutions, and best practices in technical design and implementations
  • Act as a technical guide who influences, innovates, and builds for scale, security, usability, and governance and review, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to leadership
  • Responsible for hands-on development of key features, performing code reviews for the team and ensuring quality
  • Be a technical Evangelist for the Salesforce org and proactively identify Technical debt and improvements
  • Mentor and guide both junior and established Salesforce developers
  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra's application portfolio, team priorities/initiatives and meet with business stakeholders
  • Within your third month, you will identify existing technical debt and provide recommendations per Salesforce, CPQ best practices
  • Within your sixth month, you will be defining strategy for key Salesforce/CPQ initiatives, managing the change request process, planning a resource plan to scale the team
