Requirements
  • 5–8 years of experience in Consulting, Account Management, or B2B Business Development in Spain; mobility/transport sector experience is a strong plus
  • Native in Spanish and very fluent in written and oral English
  • Strong communication and B2B negotiation skills with a customer-driven mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Proactive, reliable, and achievement-oriented with entrepreneurial spirit drive to support FlixBus profitable growth
  • Bachelor’s in business administration, Sales or other related fields of study
  • Based in Madrid, ready to go to the office 3-4 times per week
Responsibilities
  • Identify, negotiate, and acquire new bus operators to partner with Flix, establishing long-term relationships based in trust, developing long-term business plans
  • Act as the point of contact for our bus partners in Spain and lead regular business reviews with them discussing and finding consensus for all business, financial and operational topics
  • Conduct contractual negotiations that ensure a win-win situation between FlixBus and the bus partners
  • Analyse KPIs, market trends and competitors’ activities, recognize problems by interpreting them, and derive suitable recommendations for action
  • Closely interact with colleagues from other departments: Operations, Marketing, Network Planning and Pricing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Bus Fleet Owners, Bus OEMs, Bus Body Builders etc, and industry associations
  • Handle administrative and reporting tasks to ensure smooth documentation, contract follow-ups, and project tracking
