Requirements
  • 2-4 years experience in BD, sales, or other similar client facing roles.
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience using CRM software
  • Exceptional energy, interest, and experience in building things from the ground up and delivering real results
  • Deep knowledge of the industry not required, but a strong interest in as well as a willingness to learn about Bitcoin is key
  • Experience working in a startup - high sense of urgency, ambiguous environment - is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Foundry clients and partners, focusing on understanding their business needs and preferences.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling.
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, promptly addressing inquiries, providing expertise, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for Foundry clients.
  • Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Represent Foundry at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Help maintain and organize Foundry’s CRM database
