  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience as General Manager or in a Senior Leadership position
  • Experience managing revenue or a P&L
  • Product management, business development, product marketing, or strategy experience
  • Business to Consumer (B2C) and ecommerce expertise
  • Experience in professional education
  • Real Estate or Real Estate Appraisal experience is helpful

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategy and annual operating plan
  • Develop strategy, products, and services to support appraisal professionals
  • Strengthen and grow core appraisal business while adding complementary products
  • Manage and oversee business revenue, operating and capital expenditures
  • Measures and monitors KPIs and metrics
  • Directly manage Product and Curriculum team members
  • Become an expert in the appraisal market
  • Manage strategic partnerships and business development strategy
  • Liaise with Vice President, Valuation & Property Services
  • Foster an environment that supports Colibri’s core values
  • Effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
