Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience designing and developing courseware for adult learners
  • 5+ years as part of or directly supporting a sales organisation
  • Experience with sales process execution and coaching
  • Strong presentation/facilitation skills
  • Experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office productivity software
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and producing quality courseware within timelines
  • Experience working in a distributed team
  • Ability to function both as an independent contributor and part of a team
  • Work closely with Sales leadership to identify training needs, establish training strategies, and execute training programs impacting results related to business growth and individual engagement
  • Create, deliver, reinforce, and sustain ongoing training programs and curriculum for sales teams at all experience levels
  • Facilitate instruction relating to professional, value-based selling skills, sales process, and methodology
  • Continuously measure relevance and effectiveness of training programs and evolve them as necessary
  • Develop deep understanding of sales organization’s procedures, practices, processes, systems, technology, and culture for training initiatives
  • Coordinate and collaborate with subject matter experts on training content
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify operational efficiencies and incorporate them into the training curriculum
  • Improve onboarding experience for all sales new hires and create a coaching culture throughout sales leadership
