Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing and managing primary data collection offering
  • Demonstrating a mix of HEOR scientific expertise and a passion for building and growing industry foothold in health economics and outcomes research
  • Cultivating key client relationships and finding opportunities to improve delivery efficiency
  • Ensuring overall quality of research projects
  • Developing recommendations based on expected impact
  • Communicating risks and opportunities to ensure staff alignment
  • Assuming the role of senior decision maker able to take accountability for outcomes
  • Providing final sign-off on update slides/minutes and actions for the overall study
  • Owning relationships with clients and being viewed as a deep subject matter expert
  • Acting as the senior advisor on client calls and in responses to emails
  • Proactively managing client expectations and working with team members to implement strategies to problem solve on a client or project-basis
  • Participating in sales calls, leading study conceptualization, and drafting proposals for clients
  • Ensuring appropriate staffing and creating development plans for direct reports
