Job Description
The Associate Director, Global Platform Strategy will partner across the company, globally, to assist in designing platform and service solutions through the management of cross-functional, consulting-style projects in service of enablement and new business. You will report into the Chief Solutions Officer. In this role, you will:
- Build blueprints for the pitch or our client solution, including the needed requirements, resources, and timelines for global media, data, technology, and tools
- Thoughtfully manage medium to large projects and project sprints from creation through completion—globally
- Promote platform onboarding and enablement by stewarding nascent processes and serving as a conduit between partners, working hand-in-hand with the delivery team
- Build trusted relationships across the Publicis teams, organizations, and partners for intentional collaboration
Qualifications
- Understanding of strategy, media, and technology, with direct experience in media planning and buying, business development, project management, product marketing, agency service frameworks, and organizational design
- Ability resolve complex problems, escalate issues as needed, and communicate clearly and concisely to international audiences
- Skill in crafting concise briefs for senior executives and clients, and synthesizing data sets to create value
- Excellent analytical, logic, and math skills, proficiency in navigating ambiguity, and advanced platform proficiency
- Standout qualifications include experience with global accounts, cloud environments, and marketing technology solution design projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a Strategy-related discipline
- 6+ years of experience in marketing and media agencies or related fields
- Located in the greater New York City area
- Proficiency in analyzing workflows, providing strategic recommendations, slide design, analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
