Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in renewals, account management, or a closely related post-sale revenue role in B2B software as a service.
  • Demonstrated experience building reporting and forecasting from the ground up, including designing metrics, models, and operating cadence.
  • Strong spreadsheet and customer relationship management tooling skills, including familiarity with tools such as Pylon and HubSpot, and the ability to turn messy data into reliable reporting.
  • A proven track record of achieving retention or renewal targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous environment without an established playbook and create operational structure.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial judgment, with the ability to protect value while maintaining healthy customer relationships.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and present renewal forecasts and risks credibly to leadership and key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Own the full renewals cycle by tracking upcoming renewals, leading renewal conversations, negotiating terms, and closing renewals on time.
  • Build the renewals process from scratch, including renewal timelines, escalation paths, risk triggers, and the cadence for engaging customers before renewal dates.
  • Design and maintain renewal reporting and forecasting, including models and dashboards for renewal rates, at-risk revenue, gross retention, net retention, and forecast accuracy, and report these metrics to leadership.
  • Develop an early-warning system to flag at-risk accounts and partner with Customer Success to intervene before churn.
  • Establish renewal data hygiene in the customer relationship management system so renewals are tracked accurately and reporting is reliable.
  • Surface trends from renewal outcomes to inform pricing, packaging, and product decisions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success and Finance to align on retention targets and processes.

Oneleet provides a full-coverage cybersecurity platform that helps companies build, manage, and monitor their cybersecurity program. Its core offering is a roadmap that guides the implementation of a wide range of security activities—such as penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, awareness training, static code scanning, and endpoint monitoring—within a single platform so teams can plan, execute, and track progress. Unlike tools that offer isolated security functions, Oneleet integrates multiple security disciplines into one roadmap and management experience, making it easier for organizations to achieve secure posture and demonstrate trust to partners. A YC-backed startup, Oneleet’s goal is to simplify effective cybersecurity and reduce friction for companies implementing comprehensive security programs.

What believers are saying

  • October 2025's $33 million Dawn Capital Series A extended runway and hiring capacity.
  • Oneleet reported $9 million ARR at Series A, showing real customer willingness to pay.
  • The July 2026 platform update added continuous monitors and multi-framework mapping, deepening lock-in.

What critics are saying

  • Vanta, Drata, Sprinto, Secureframe, and Thoropass crowd Oneleet's 2026 buying decisions.
  • Custom pricing and no self-serve signup slow adoption against faster, cheaper rivals.
  • If audits or monitors fail, one enterprise breach can destroy trust and trigger churn.

What makes Oneleet unique

  • Oneleet bundles SOC 2, ISO 27001, pen testing, and vCISO guidance in one platform.
  • Its control-mapping engine maps one security control across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
  • Founded by Bryan Onel, a former penetration tester, it sells security credibility, not paperwork.

European RegTech funding jumps 51% to $1.1B as deals over $100M return

European RegTech funding rose 51% year-on-year in 2025, reaching $1.1 billion across 122 deals, up from $724.2 million in 111 transactions the previous year. The rebound was driven by the return of deals over $100 million, which generated $117.2 million after recording zero such transactions in 2024. Average deal size increased to $8.95 million from $6.5 million in 2024. However, both deal volume and total funding remained 55% below 2021 levels, when the sector recorded 269 deals worth $2.4 billion. Oneleet, a security compliance platform, secured one of the year's largest European RegTech deals with a $33 million Series A round led by Dawn Capital. The 2022-founded company uses AI to automate compliance monitoring for enterprises facing complex regulatory obligations.
