  • Demonstrated proficiency in multiple HR functional areas including employee relations, recruitment, compensation, organizational development, leadership development
  • HR Business Partner experience
  • Strategic Business Partner/Consultant Develop an HR organization that consults on a wide range of HR generalist, operational and analytical activities including, but not limited to, employee relations, compensation, workforce planning/talent acquisition, employee development and engagement, organizational design and culture. Apply knowledge of business to advance HR effectiveness and organizational development activities (i.e. identify opportunities for advancing talent management strategies and approaches)
  • Project Leadership Lead, facilitate and/or participate in key meetings with stakeholders. Partner with key stakeholders across the business to ensure the timely coordination and execution of plans and activities
  • Change Agent Build management and leadership capability through effective coaching and partnering
  • HR Process Management Collaborate with internal customers and core services HR organization to ensure a unified HR delivery approach
  • Management & Leadership Drive and direct a team of HR global business partners to meet the stated goals of the organization. Implement development opportunities to grow the capabilities of the HR Business Partnership team
  • Data Analytics & Measurement Assist business unit leadership with data analysis and reporting of organizational design, structure, compensation and other factors to help incorporate and drive industry best practices within the operational unit
  • Strategic Program Management Lead and drive talent and culture activities, including performance management, compensation, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, career development, and leadership engagement - provide innovative solutions to human capital challenges
