Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly with custom reporting or data analytics solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of UKG products and In-app custom report writing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Responsibilities
  • Help Define the vision and strategic direction for UKG custom reporting solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer requirements.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Custom Report Writers, providing guidance on best practices in report design, data analysis, and storytelling through data.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product features or enhancements.
  • Work closely with engineering & other stakeholders to drive the development of custom reporting features within the UKG platform.
  • Ensure custom reports are intuitive and user-friendly by implementing user feedback and conducting usability testing.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success and adoption of custom reporting solutions, using data-driven insights to inform product improvements.
