  • Strong experience in a facilities, property, or corporate real estate environment.
  • High-level financial acumen and strong administrative skills.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of QA, OH&S, and environmental systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the management office, supporting both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage and delegate maintenance requests, ensuring service contracts and KPIs are met.
  • Maintain and update the CMMS system, monitoring work orders for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with financial and procurement processes, including invoice review and budget tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with OHS&E standards while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee subcontractors, service contracts, and inspections to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare accurate documentation and reports for management and clients.
  • Promote teamwork, mentoring, and open communication within the team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Knowledge of building services and maintenance processes.
  • Experience with scoping, tendering, and subcontractor documentation.
  • First Aid Certificate and/or additional training in environmental legislation or systems.
