Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Five to six years of IT experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, networking, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and hardware troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
  • Manage strategic IT relationships with the Hotel General Manager, department heads, and other business-critical users.
  • Plan and budget IT expenditures for the hotels and ensure compliance with Accor IT policies and guidelines.
  • Create business cases to justify investments and expenditures and support the approval process.
  • Provide regular status reports on the hotels' current IT situation to the General Manager.
  • Initiate and manage IT projects and consult the General Manager on strategic IT matters concerning the hotel.
  • Ensure that Accor IT policies and guidelines are applied in the hotel.
  • Ensure that only original and properly licensed application programs are running on hotel systems and computers.
  • Maintain relationships with software suppliers and escalate software issues to suppliers for resolution.
  • Control user access so employees can access only the programs needed to perform their jobs.
  • Provide and maintain a training program in coordination with the Training department to improve employees' knowledge, skill levels, and use of systems.
  • Ensure compliance with the Accor IT Security Policy.
  • Back up all relevant user-generated data from general and personal systems.
  • Ensure that backup policies are followed and that systems maintain a high level of security.
  • Manage physical and virtual server infrastructure.
  • Manage data, voice, and Wi-Fi networks.
  • Support replacement, upgrading, and alignment of property management systems and sales and catering systems.
  • Manage central profile solutions, central reservations systems, and revenue management systems.
  • Manage middleware and interfaces.
  • Support data warehouse, reporting, and business intelligence interfaces.
  • Support sales force automation interfaces.
  • Manage customer relationship management systems.
  • Manage point-of-sale applications.
  • Manage back-office accounting software applications.
  • Manage procurement and inventory management applications.
  • Manage IP television systems.
  • Manage human resources management systems.
  • Manage Accor brand signature systems, including commercial systems and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
