Requirements
  • 12+ years of experience in product marketing, sales strategy, or go-to-market consulting roles in B2B SaaS/tech, ideally in platforms, app development, AI, or enterprise tech
  • Proven ability to build and operationalize high-impact GTM motions focused on specific customer use cases or solutions
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying groups, value selling, and sales enablement
  • Strategic thinker with exceptional storytelling skills — able to translate technical capabilities into business value for both CIO and line-of-business audiences
  • Strong working knowledge of B2B demand generation strategies and how to reach target buyers and progress them through the sales funnel
  • Comfortable navigating matrixed organizations and building alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales
Responsibilities
  • Define and prioritize GTM plays tied to high-value use cases for custom agents and applications that align with OutSystems’ strengths and customer needs
  • Develop playbooks, messaging frameworks, competitive positioning, and sales enablement assets tailored to each play
  • Define the key personas who are relevant to each use case, drive persona-specific messaging, and work with Marketing Operations to ensure we have a strategy to acquire and reach these personas
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing (platform), Product, and Sales to ensure plays are differentiated, aligned to roadmap, and executable in the field
  • Work with Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement and Professional Services to launch, train, and reinforce GTM plays globally
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation and Campaigns teams to develop campaign briefs and content strategies that activate each play in the market
  • Continuously analyze performance of plays across funnel stages, using insights to optimize messaging, segmentation, and sales materials
  • Champion a test-and-learn mindset, piloting plays with select regions or segments before broader rollout

  • Previous experience working in or alongside low-code, app development, or AI platform businesses is highly desirable

96% of enterprises use AI agents but 94% fear sprawl, OutSystems finds

OutSystems has released its 2026 State of AI Development report, revealing that 96% of enterprises are already using AI agents and 97% are exploring system-wide agentic AI strategies. The survey of 1,900 global IT leaders shows a decisive shift from experimentation to production deployment in mission-critical operations. However, 94% of organisations report concern about AI sprawl increasing complexity, technical debt and security risks. Only a small fraction have established centralised governance approaches, with most using agents across fragmented environments. Thirty-eight percent globally report mixing custom-built and pre-built agents, creating AI stacks that are difficult to standardise. The impact is most apparent in IT and software development, where 31% say AI is already integral to their practices. Financial services and technology sectors report the highest production deployment levels.

OutSystems launches Agentic Systems Engineering to help enterprises build governed AI agent systems

OutSystems has introduced Agentic Systems Engineering, a new approach to AI development designed to help enterprises build and manage governed AI agent systems. The company announced the initiative alongside its Enterprise Context Graph, which provides real-time understanding of enterprise architecture to enable agents to work effectively across complex systems. The platform's enhanced Mentor tool will deliver conversational application generation and enable developers to use any agentic tool, including Claude Code, OpenAI Codex or Cursor, whilst maintaining security and compliance.
