Your Mission Summer 2024 internship!
We are seeking dynamic and motivated students to join our 12-week internship program for Summer 2024. In this program, you will work with our Chief People Officer and her Principal Program Manager to support and lead projects across the UiPath People Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and program management! This role is based in our New York City headquarters and requires 4-5 days in office.
What you’ll do at UiPath- Collaborate with a variety of cross-functional partners to drive E2E People Team program development, organization, and communication of program status and documentation utilizing standard office productivity tools
- Align with involved stakeholders to set up dashboards and reports to drive data-driven decision across all departments
- Evangelize program management best practices across the team
- Calendar management for CPO
What you’ll bring to the team• Pursuing an Undergraduate or Masters Degree in a Human Resources or Business field
• Interest in Human Resources and Technology Organizations
• Love what you do, love to be busy, and love to produce by being organized and methodical
• Passionate about automation, program management, and how they can add value to a person or organization
• You can take complex ideas and distill them into simple and understandable specifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive presence
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
• Prior internship experience in a project management or program-oriented role
• Prior experience with human resources or Agile is a plus

Pay TransparencyThe anticipated base salary range for this position is between $20 and $23. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location and relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work. There is no guarantee an offer will be at the top of the posted range based on the salary analysis.
