- Basic hand tool proficiency
- Basic computer skills required to operate computerized test equipment
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

- Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the company's TRIR goals
- Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company's environmental performance goals
- Complete, and actively participate in all of the company's EHS training requirements
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

- Must be able to safely bend, reach, kneel, twist, and grip items while working at area
- Must have the manual dexterity and coordination to operate hand tools and mechanical tools

- Perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure the product is in accordance with SOP’s
- Safely operate automated high pressure/ high voltage testing equipment
- Assists with loading/unloading ESP equipment on to racks and transportation vehicles
- Maintain work area, tools and fixtures to ensure there are no hazard to personnel or integrity to parts being assembled
- Contribute in building and/or reconstruction of various ESP components
- Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles
