Requirements
  • 4–5 years of experience planning, building, and managing performance-driven paid social campaigns across Meta (Facebook) Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ideally with larger monthly budgets.
  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate (or other relevant Meta professional certification).
  • Deep knowledge of paid social campaign structures, including campaigns, ad sets, targeting, bidding strategies, and ad creative.
  • Proven ability to design and execute test strategies informed by performance data, seasonal trends, and competitive insights.
  • 3+ years running B2B paid social campaigns with longer sales cycles, high-consideration offers, and multi-touch buyer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of paid social metrics and ability to translate results into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled collaborator, experienced working with cross-functional teams including Creative, Ad Ops, Product, and Client Services.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Driven by both technical precision and creative problem-solving, with curiosity to test new tools, platforms, and strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end paid social strategy, execution, and optimization across platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other emerging social channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing and business objectives.
  • Be the paid social subject matter expert in integrated media planning discussions, contributing platform-specific insights and leading recommendations for how social supports full-funnel objectives.
  • Stay current on platform updates and social advertising trends by testing new features, creative formats, betas, and automation tools, and providing data-backed recommendations for scaling growth and innovation.
  • Manage audiences rigorously using first-party data, platform signals, and CRM integrations to maximize relevance and minimize wasted spend.
  • Adjust and refine bidding strategies based on performance trends, seasonal shifts, and market competition.
  • Navigate campaign types, attribution models, conversion tracking, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to drive continuous account improvements.
  • Identify tracking needs or issues for active campaigns and work with analytics or development teams to implement and troubleshoot event tracking and custom conversions.
  • Define and manage bidding and budget strategies across paid social campaigns, balancing efficiency and scalability while adjusting for seasonality, market shifts, and performance trends.
  • Lead the creative strategy for paid social, including briefing, testing, and feedback cycles, ensuring assets are tailored to platform requirements, audience intent, and campaign goals.
  • Analyze data from social ad platforms, Google Analytics, and visualization tools like Looker Studio or Tableau to uncover insights and inform future campaign decisions.
  • Synthesize campaign performance into clear, actionable insights—highlighting top-performing creatives, underperforming segments, and opportunities for budget reallocation or scaling.
  • Communicate performance updates, test results, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and leadership.
