Graduate Quantitative Researcher

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct hands-on research to design, develop, and apply machine learning algorithms 
• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover statistically significant patterns and market behavior insights
• Implement and deploy new models into production
• Maintain best practices to keep our systems logical and consistent
• Communicate research progress and outcomes effectively, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team and across departments
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary teams to enhance machine learning capabilities and trading strategies

Your Skills and Experience:

• Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or related field of study 
• Able to commence full-time employment in 2025 or 2026 
• Deep understanding of machine learning, probability, and statistics, with practical experience in areas such as time series analysis, pattern recognition, portfolio optimization, market impact modelling and NLP
• Approach data analysis with rigorous a thought process and strong intuition
• Extensive experience with modern deep learning architectures and a solid foundation in classic machine learning techniques.
• Creative thinker who is driven and eager to solve challenging problems collaboratively
• Proficiency in a programming language (Python, C, C++) is highly desired
