Responsibilities
  • Perform administration support for the various network monitoring systems and our automated services, to remediate issues within the applications/services.
  • Partner with support teams to ensure the proper monitoring of systems. Perform vendor engagement activities to work in collaboration with vendor support to resolve application issues.
  • Own the ticket flow administration activities for assigning team resources to new ticket requests and to stay on top of the status of ticket work to prevent past due tickets.
  • Perform vulnerability remediations and Create technical documentation of solutions. Maintain Service Now Dashboards for ticket status reviews. Manage and maintain OS level patching schedules.
  • Prepare applications and systems for OS level patching and perform the application and system functionality validations after patches have been applied.
