- Review forms for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR) and Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS).
- Analyze anomalies to determine appropriate course of action and refer to senior staff when appropriate.
- Review and screen Disability team email box.
- Ensure records are imaged and organized correctly in disability case management folders.
- Print, mail, and fax medical requests and correspondence.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple varying duties within the team and independently.
