- Lead customer discovery sessions, architecture workshops, technical presentations, executive briefings, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Develop migration strategies aligning VMware and on-premises workloads with appropriate private cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Use the AWS Migration Acceleration Program and Microsoft Azure Migrate and Modernize to develop customer migration strategies, maximize available funding opportunities, and accelerate cloud adoption.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with LightEdge service offerings.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer engagement lifecycle, providing architectural guidance and technical leadership from discovery through solution delivery.
- Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, reusable reference architectures, and architectural standards supporting consistent solution design and delivery.
- Continuously expand expertise in Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and hybrid cloud technologies while evaluating emerging technologies and industry trends to strengthen the cloud portfolio and technical capabilities.
