  • Maintain contracts, business continuity plans, insurance certificates, audit reports, and other documentation for each third party.
  • Produce quarterly reports for the Board of Directors regarding third-party onboarding, terminations, and significant events.
  • Improve and maintain the management information system that houses third-party information.
  • Collaborate with business units and teammates to map vendor products and services to bank processes.
  • Identify and escalate emerging risks, including risks related to artificial intelligence or single points of failure.
