- Experience in automotive repair and body work.
- Knowledge of panel fitting, trim, and exterior component installation.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in body work.
- Ability to assess cosmetic versus structural damage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Assess and document vehicle damage after incidents.
- Perform minor repairs and coordinate major repairs with vendors.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including brakes, fluids, tires, air conditioning, and inspections.
- Perform light-to-moderate body work, including panel alignment, trim, bumpers, and cosmetic repairs.
- Assist with sanding, surface preparation, and paint touch-ups.
- Monitor vehicle condition and report issues proactively.
- Support field operations, including towing and vehicle movement.
- Transport vehicles for service, repairs, and cleaning.
- Maintain shop cleanliness and safety compliance.
- Experience with electric vehicles.
