  • Develop and articulate pricing and contracting policies and strategies
  • Oversee the review and analysis of data to ensure accurate and insightful reporting
  • Produce comprehensive statistics and performance reports on carrier/customer contracts
  • Establish and enforce SOP policies to drive continuous company improvement
  • Stay ahead of industry standards and trends to maintain competitive pricing strategies in a dynamic market
  • Collaborate with the Sales Department to provide data-driven insights that enhance quoting, negotiation, and RFQ sales processes
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership, including presenting findings and recommendations
  • Manage and mentor the pricing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
