  • 5+ years of finance experience with 2+ years FP&A experience
  • Experience at an Investment Bank, VC firm and/or SaaS hyper-growth start-up preferred
  • Expertise at building complex financial models and preparing financial statements
  • Proven track record of partnering with executives and cross-functional partners to develop budgets, identify opportunities to improve key metrics, and influence change throughout an organization
  • Experience with Netsuite preferred
Responsibilities
  • Closely manage our finances and cash flow to make sure that we meet our financial goals and the requirements of our investors and lenders
  • Own our financial model and track and report on our financial performance. Identify opportunities to improve company performance and partner with the COO to drive accountability throughout the organization
  • Partner with the COO and CEO to create materials to be presented to investors and the Board
  • Work closely with our functional leaders to develop our annual operating plan. Track progress against our plan and partner with the COO to hold functional leaders accountable for hitting their goals
  • Be a thought partner to our COO and CEO regarding fundraising, partnerships and M&A. Build financial models to evaluate potential partnership and M&A opportunities
  • Develop, maintain, and utilize the appropriate financial systems, tools, and resources required to support all of the financial planning, management, and reporting needs of the business
  • Perform operational tasks such as running payroll and tracking commissions for our sales teams
