  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Mediavu
Responsibilities
  • Oversee TV commercial clearance
  • Vet commercial materials for any clearance issues or red flags
  • Provide on-going consultation on TV commercial production from storyboard concept through to final commercial, including offering solutions
  • Coordinate the submission and clearance of creative materials (scripts, rough-cuts, finals, and pertinent substantiation) with the Networks Standards & Practices departments for compliance with their guidelines
  • Negotiate with the networks' Standards & Practices Departments on all issues of concern
  • Provide timely status reports to account teams regarding network comments/requests
  • Work closely with Traffic Department to ensure all commercials meet scheduled air-dates
  • Have working knowledge in Broadcast and Digital Traffic, and is able to assist in traffic overflow, coverage and other responsibilities as needed
  • Will assist in coverage for clearance and traffic across other offices as needed
  • Will assist Head of Production Services NA and Director of Business Affairs with clearance/traffic related projects as needed
