Requirements
  • Sales Leadership Experience: Minimum 4+ years of leading BDR/SDR sales leaders, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Experience managing large teams ( 100+ individuals) of AAEs (SDRs/BDRs) and AAE Managers
  • Experience with coaching and mentoring SDRs to grow into Account Executives
  • Ability to identify new market opportunities and forge partnerships
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel to Verkada's US and International offices
Responsibilities
  • Provide second-line sales leadership, leveraging experience in leading sales leaders to drive revenue growth and coach new talent
  • Oversee a substantial sales organization, including 6 AAE Managers and 100+ AAEs (Associate Account Executives, equivalent to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)/Business Development Representatives (BDRs) at other companies)
  • Mentor and coach AAE Managers to achieve sales targets and support AAEs in maximizing their sales potential to grow into AEs in ~ 6 months
  • Work closely with University Recruiting team to find and hire new talent for our Verkadamy sales training program
  • Track KPIs, report on team progress, and use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and achieve sales targets.
