What to expect:

Assist the Director of Nursing in the management and operation of the nursing department.

Handle the Director of Staff Development/Infection Prevention duties

Successful Candidates:

Current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN in CO

Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility

Minimum three (3) years of experience as a supervisor in a hospital or nursing facility

IP Certification of being willing to get it

Rate: $98,000-$103,000/year

*$4, 000 Sign on bonus paid: $2k after 90 days & $2k after 6 months (continuous full-time employment in the role required)
