- An active TS/SCI security clearance is required.
- Currently possess Department of Defense 8570 certification at least Information Assurance Technical Level II, such as Security+ CE.
- A bachelor's degree and at least four years of overall related experience with a Windows or Linux server environment are required; additional experience, education, and training may be considered in lieu of the degree.
- Previous experience leading an operations team or acting as a senior escalation point is required.
- Ability to work 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Lead and coordinate operations tasks during assigned shifts.
- Monitor networks, servers, applications, and infrastructure for outages and performance issues.
- Own incident triage, escalation, and resolution through closure.
- Coordinate with network, systems, security, application, and vendor teams.
- Ensure adherence to service-level agreements, escalation procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Review alerts and incidents for trends, recurring problems, and potential improvements.
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate operational documentation.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance during complex incidents.
- Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and operational metrics.
- Participate in major incident management and post-incident reviews.
- Prior experience with the Defense Information Systems Agency and its support to mission partners.
- Previous shift-lead or team-lead experience in a Department of Defense, military, or cleared network operations center/security operations center environment.
- Experience refining shift standard operating procedures, playbooks, or escalation procedures based on operational trends.
