Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum GPA of 3.0)
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage an active portfolio of projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate/communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
  • Experience with design-build, engineering-procurement-construction, and design-bid-build types of construction projects
  • Experience with vertical new construction, building renovation, and civil/site infrastructure construction projects
  • Experience with construction building codes and permitting processes
  • Expertise with at least one of the following, but preferably all: HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical
  • Must currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance; Must be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access Authorizations
Responsibilities
  • Review project submittals
  • Monitor construction activities for compliance with the design scope
  • Prepare technical memoranda/reports to document compliance with the design scope
  • Identify and work to proactively resolve any compliance issues
  • Provide post-construction support to assist with the building turnover process, including but not limited to ensuring that preventive maintenance plans and janitorial services are initiated in accordance with established processes
  • Interact with stakeholders as needed to ensure building turnover is complete for the end-user customer of the facility
