- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Registered Engineer in Training (E.I.T) in Texas
- Ideally passed Professional Engineer (P.E.) exam and nearly completed 4 years of experience needed to be eligible to file for Texas P.E. license
- 3-5 years' work experience
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
- Detail-oriented with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel and Word
- Experience serving with multiple municipalities
- Experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities is preferred

- Member of the Land Development Team focusing on specifications for residential master planned communities, mixed-use, and commercial, and other types of projects that include paving, grading, drainage, water lines, sanitary sewers and other miscellaneous items
- Projects will include a variety of land development civil design, permitting, and applicable software applications including hydrology modeling program, storm drainage programs, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D
- Participate in the Construction Administration process by responding to RFI, reviewing Contractor Submittals, and attending meetings in the field
- Works well in a team-oriented environment
- Daily Onsite/In-office Role. No Remote/No Hybrid Options
