Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B sales enablement experience, specifically within the healthcare sector and involving broker/channel marketing.
  • Experience in enterprise/channel marketing within a digital health or similar organization
  • Strong management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to travel at least 25% of the time to meet business needs.
  • Experience with Seismic or Highspot is a plus

Responsibilities
  • Content Development: Develop compelling messaging and sales enablement materials that drive customer behavior to meet business goals.
  • Sales Enablement and Strategy: Spearhead the development of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and refined messaging strategies tailored to meet business objectives.
  • Campaign and Event Development: Create comprehensive sales enablement materials that empower the sales team and enhance overall effectiveness. Conceptualize and implement a 'Meeting in a Box' toolkit to optimize the preparation and follow-up processes for events, webinars, and regional meetings.
  • Channel and Relationship Management: Develop channel marketing strategies to educate and build relationships with consultant partners. Deepen engagement with high-value accounts by launching new account-based marketing programs.
  • Sales Enablement Tech Stack Deployment & Analytics: Successfully launch and manage a comprehensive sales enablement tech stack. Implement a weekly reporting mechanism to track and analyze engagement and business impact with a goal of increasing future accountability and continuous improvement.
