Requirements
  • Data obsession - you are at home with sales and marketing data, with a deep knowledge of and aptitude to articulate trends in revenue and churn
  • Experience to use SQL in BI Tools. We use Looker but any BI Tool experience works
  • MBA or equivalent Masters's degree (e.g. Business Management, CIS, or Finance)
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations Experience working with a B2B SaaS company and using Salesforce data daily
  • Solution builder: can build repeatable processes and structures where none (or little) previously existed (can also document these)
  • Stellar relationship builder: great communication and 'customer orientation experience
Responsibilities
  • Serve as point-person for reporting and analytics for the Sales Operations team. Definition, ownership, reporting, and assessment of key business metrics
  • Build interactive sales tools for the sales team to self-serve sales knowledge
  • Working with Sales and Operational authorities, help to define Salesforce key attributes, and ensure proper configurations in reporting
  • Work closely with our sales and data functions to define, assess and create actionable, company moving reporting on sales by country, region, territory, and reps
  • Design and own the sales forecasting process, collaborating with Finance, Product, Sales, Operations, and engineering teams to ensure systems are in place to automate the process and build tools in Looker (BI Tool)
  • Perform Churn Analysis to dive deep into levers, work with the Data Science team to perform analytics, and design programs to mitigate churn to help drive revenue
  • Drive the Annual Planning and Territory Planning function for Sales Operations working closely with Finance (for HC Planning and Budgeting), Sales Authorities (for Territory Carves, Sales Coverage Models), and other Sales Operations members (e.g. Sales Compensation for Quota/Goal modeling/development, etc)
  • Attend weekly sales meetings and present key metrics and drivers
