Banking Corporate Head-BPS @ HEXAWARE

Role :	The AVP or ASDM will be responsible for managing and leading diverse and large teams within the Global Banking & Capital Markets Operations. The role demands expertise in change management and process excellence to drive end-to-end projects effectively. The incumbent should ensure timely delivery of processes including fund accounting, insurance portfolio accounting, and funds transfer investigations while maintaining high standards of service. This role requires strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and a profound understanding of transformation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
Reports into :	Vice President
Job Responsibilities : (Must have)	• Lead and manage diverse and large teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative work environment. • Drive change management initiatives, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations. • Implement process excellence frameworks to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness across all subprocesses. • Oversee the end-to-end management of projects, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are consistently met. • Ensure accurate and timely completion of fund accounting and insurance portfolio accounting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. • Conduct thorough investigations into funds transfer discrepancies, providing resolutions in a timely manner. • Manage securities and funds services, ensuring that custody income processes are executed with precision and accuracy. • Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement transformative solutions. • Utilize knowledge of transformation tools to drive innovation and enhance operational capabilities across the organization. • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Job Responsibilities : (Desired)	• Experience with global banking operations and understanding of international regulations. • Ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Criteria : (Must have)	• Postgraduate degree in finance, business, or a related field. • At least 22-25 years of experience in banking and capital markets operations. • Proven track record in managing large teams and driving process excellence. • Strong knowledge of transformation tools and change management methodologies. • Span of control – 800 to 1000
Criteria : (Desired)	• Experience in a multinational banking environment. • Certification in project management or process improvement methodologies.
