Becklar operates event response and IoT services through a portfolio of companies that serve security firms, fire departments, and PERS providers. Revenue comes from selling mobile PERS devices and wholesale monitoring services. Freeus provides mobile PERS devices that let wearers summon help over a mobile network, while AvantGuard Monitoring offers 24/7 monitoring and rapid dispatch during emergencies. The portfolio-based approach, experienced leadership, and focus on fast response set Becklar apart from single-product competitors, while it continuously expands into monitoring and IoT opportunities. Its goal is to grow its portfolio, pursue new investment opportunities in monitoring and IoT, and broaden the reach of its emergency response services.

Remote Video Monitoring: turn your security cameras into a proactive response. Don't just record an incident. Help stop it. Remote video monitoring helps change that. Through a partnership between M3T and Becklar, compatible security cameras can become part of a more proactive response strategy. How does Remote Video Monitoring work? When suspicious activity is detected in a monitored area, trained Becklar specialists can review the live video and follow a response plan created for your property. Depending on the situation, they may use live audio to warn an intruder to leave, contact someone from your organization, or notify law enforcement when appropriate. Get more from your existing cameras. Remote monitoring can be especially valuable for construction sites, equipment yards, warehouses, office buildings, storage properties, pools, parking areas, and other locations that may be vulnerable after hours. In many cases, the service can work with existing camera systems. M3T can evaluate camera placement, image quality, lighting, connectivity, analytics, and audio capabilities to determine whether your current system is ready or where improvements may be needed. A more proactive layer of protection. Ready to discover whether Remote Video Monitoring is right for your business? Its team of security experts can assess your risks, current camera environment, priority areas, operating hours, and response needs. Ready to see how remote video monitoring could support your property?
LifeKnight has partnered with Becklar to integrate AI-enabled safety technology into senior living communities. The collaboration pairs Becklar's Belle personal emergency response wearables with LifeKnight's AI platform, which routes emergencies directly to local Public Safety Answering Points rather than through call centres. The partnership, signed in June 2026, includes a pilot launching this month at Palmettos of Parklane, a senior living community in South Carolina. The system offers customisable detection, location awareness and operator-specific workflows beyond standard fall detection. LifeKnight's platform provides AI analytics planned for future versions to enable proactive tracking and context-aware response. The company is a member of NVIDIA's Inception Programme and its CEO serves on the NENA Next Generation 911 committee.
