As a Business Analyst Intern your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Develop project business cases that specify problem statement, project scope, business value, and cost/resource estimates.
- Gather, elicit, and document requirements through multiple channels including: workshop facilitation, subject matter expert interviews and direct observation.
- Comprehend and map interactions and relationships of complex systems people, processes, information, and technologies.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions to satisfy business need.
- Create system/process improvements through identification and removal of non-value-added activities.
- Manage relationships, communicating, and negotiating with stakeholders that span multiple organizations and levels.

Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.
Experience would be obtained through a combination of prior education level classes, and current level school classes, projects, research, and relevant previous job and/or internship experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Process Engineering or closely related field.
3+ months experience any of following: Business processes, engineering, data analytics, optimization or operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industrial Engineering coursework /prior experience or Business Administration /optimization experience / coursework.
