  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Events Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in career services, student engagement, program coordination, or learning management systems, ideally within an educational institution or a global context.
  • Demonstrated familiarity and proficiency with digital learning platforms (LMS), CRM systems, job portals, and various communication tools.
  • Ability to collect and report basic feedback or data insights.
  • Experience working effectively in multicultural environments.
  • High digital proficiency, including strong command of Zoom, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with specific LMS and career platforms.
  • Passionate about helping others and dedicated to delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients, while working within organization’s framework and guidelines.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality work and demonstrate reliability in performing their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Flexible working hours and availability on certain Saturdays, depending on operational needs.
Responsibilities
  • Manage content creation, release, and troubleshooting on the LMS for MBA career activities. Collect feedback and recommend improvements for a cohesive student experience.
  • Coordinate P0 activities with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure platform access, content readiness, and tailored communications in partnership with Admissions and CDC.
  • Liaise with career workshop facilitators. Manage session scheduling, communications, and publicity, and gather student feedback post-delivery.
  • Support logistics for core curriculum, electives, and coach visits (virtual and in-person). Coordinate registrations, room setups, AV needs, and communication with students.
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting external coaches with platform access and schedule updates. Maintain up-to-date coach-facing information.
  • Act as point of contact for MBA Career Representatives on the Fontainebleau campus. Coordinate meetings, gather insights, and support initiatives to enhance student engagement.
  • Promote awareness and usage of MBA - specific digital resources. Ensure timely updates and consistency in student-facing tools and platforms.
  • Curate and distribute the weekly MBA newsletter. Coordinate CV Book reminders, quality control, and recruiter outreach.
  • Manage CDC mailbox, validate recruiter accounts, post jobs, and support event logistics. Liaise on newsletters and calendars and assist in alumni event delivery.
