- For Affinity Place staff: Past or present consumer of mental health and/or chemical addiction services.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Basic Microsoft Word skills.
- Provide supervision of medication to clients, adhering to East House medication policies and procedures.
- Properly log in client medications and ensure documentation is consistent with medication changes.
- Audit medication book as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Maintain security and safety of clients and the facility through regular monitoring of the environment; identify and address problems as needed per unit procedure.
- Provide immediate response to crises and emergencies following East House policies and procedures.
- Provide regular light housekeeping; cooking and stocking of the kitchen as needed.
- Provide primary unit clerical support as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Prepare household supply inventory as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Perform routine facility maintenance tasks, including exterior maintenance as needed.
- Complete unit-specific overnight checklist items.
- Maintain documentation to the standards defined by regulators, funders, and East House policies and procedures.
- Perform chart audits as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
