Requirements
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred
  • Proficient with billing systems like MEDsys/VinCENT and AuthentiCare
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities
  • Oversee billing services for the entire company
  • Validate and assist with PCA time reporting via EVV systems
  • Process billing claims through MEDsys/VinCENT and AuthentiCare
  • Handle corrective claims for Private Pay, Insurance, MCOs, EMODs, VCA, and DOL
  • Review authorizations in VinCENT and AuthentiCare to ensure accuracy before weekly billing
  • Bill training sessions and administrative fees; maintain tracking systems for checks and balances
  • Manage compliance and processes related to EMOD billing
  • Generate and analyze billing reports, including RA and EOB documents, ensuring timely payment
  • Maintain write-off and denial spreadsheets
  • Update and manage the billing rate spreadsheet
  • Serve as a bilingual backup for conducting New Employee Orientations (NEOs)
  • Collaborate with staff and assist with correspondence, data entry, timecard validation, and scheduling
  • Understand and manage EVV systems, Medicaid eligibility, and billing-related software
  • Support company initiatives such as workshops, quality assurance, and policy development
  • Provide assistance across HR, Compliance, Billing, Plan Admin, and Satellite Offices
  • Perform general office tasks, including auditing files, creating ID badges, and organizing records
