CreateFuture employs around 550 people and works with clients in highly regulated sectors including iGaming, financial services and utilities. The company is known for its AI-native, practitioner-led approach to delivering complex digital transformation programmes for large enterprises. The combined group will have around 4,250 employees and annual revenues of more than €500 million, significantly expanding Version 1's scale and expertise across both public and private sector markets. Together, Version 1 and CreateFuture will deliver AI-driven digital transformation programmes at scale across complex, regulated environments in both public and private sectors.
