Responsibilities
  • Own the general management for the Capital portfolio globally, which includes Sensica(TM), an automated urine output system and the BBS Revolution(TM) Bladder Scanner, focused on commercial strategy, financial performance, demand and supply planning, budget management, and product line issue resolution as needed.
  • Own the strategy and execution of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) integration for the portfolio.
  • Prioritize technical and commercial product requirements based on business and customer impact.
  • Develop and execute bold commercial strategies to achieve business unit objectives worldwide. This will include analyzing market and customer information, marketing shaping, identifying new product innovations, creating marketing collateral and campaigns, optimizing the product portfolio, launching new products and line extensions, managing product lifecycles, conducting competitive assessments, developing pricing strategies and guidelines, etc.
  • Drive commercial growth by developing differentiated value propositions that address customers unmet needs through evidence generation and dissemination.
  • Effectively collaborate with regional marketing partners and other functions such as R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations.
  • Develop and deliver strategic global marketing plans, guiding regional marketing teams in the development of their plans.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance user experience by conducting usability testing, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with design teams to ensure the product meets customer needs and expectations.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product decisions, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring data-driven strategies are implemented to achieve business objectives.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
