- Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
- Good understanding of lean-management or 6S processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Experience in professional leadership or coordination of employees is preferred.
- Take responsibility for incoming goods and sampling of raw materials, auxiliary materials, solvents, primary and secondary packaging materials, and disposable systems.
- Take responsibility for AQL inspection in production, including taking release, retention, and stability samples and forwarding them to the responsible departments.
- Organize, plan, and control departmental activities efficiently.
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to employees, including conducting employee discussions.
- Create and maintain workplace-relevant standard operating procedures.
- Evaluate employee ideas and risk submissions.
- Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practice and occupational safety requirements through regular participation in training.
- Actively participate in 6S projects and continuously expand professional knowledge and competencies.
- Serve as an interface with production and prepare, analyze, and monitor relevant key performance indicators.
- First experience in the professional leadership or coordination of employees.
