Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from a four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of one-two (1-2) years of experience in marketing analysis, specifically within digital marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  • Experience in analyzing website and blog performance metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Knowledge of the financial services industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing approaches preferred.
Responsibilities
  • Assists in analyzing website performance and identifying key metrics and trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of blog content, providing insights on audience engagement and content optimization.
  • Monitors and assesses the performance of marketing campaigns, including PPC, programmatic, email, and social media.
  • Assists with the creation of detailed reports and presentations that communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaborates with the digital marketing team to refine strategies based on analytical insights.
  • Utilizes Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Looker Studio to track and report on digital performance metrics.
  • Supports the implementation of tracking and tagging through Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.
