Requirements
  • 5-10 years proven experience in quality management (preferably in chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or food industries)
  • Solid background in supplier quality management and finished product quality assurance
  • Experience in ISO 9001, with a deep understanding of audits, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience in KPI development, monitoring and control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Ability to influence and get buy-in from internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Experience in operational methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen)
  • Ability to manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with supply chain teams
  • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and a mindset for incremental improvement and change
  • Professional proficiency in French and English (spoken and written) are mandatory
  • Openness to travel within Europe
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure product quality and compliance
  • Lead supplier and internal audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and industry standards
  • Oversee and maintain the ISO 9001 Quality Management System
  • Develop and monitor quality KPIs to track supplier and product quality performance
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive action plans for quality issues
  • Drive Operational Excellence across the supply chain and manufacturing processes
  • Apply Lean / Kaizen methodologies to optimize supply chain processes
  • Develop partnerships & projects collaborations
  • Work closely with suppliers, subcontractors, and European partners
  • Contribute to cross-functional quality and process improvement projects

Solenis reports 74% of revenue from sustainable solutions as it integrates recent acquisitions

Solenis, a global provider of water and hygiene solutions, has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing progress driven by business growth and integration. The company invested $4.68 million in sustainable capital projects, improved workplace safety by 22% year-over-year, and achieved 96% participation in its culture survey. The report highlights $349 million in documented customer value delivered through its ValueAdvantage programme, up from $257 million previously. Additionally, 74% of revenue came from solutions supporting customer sustainability initiatives, whilst 91% of active innovation programmes focused on sustainability or circularity. Solenis completed integration of recent acquisitions and announced the acquisition of NCH Corporation, which closed in November 2025. The company also opened a new Global Research Center in Delaware to develop solutions for water stewardship and resource efficiency.
