Responsibilities
  • Work with the Business Process Leader on activities within the Employee Health & Benefits line of business.
  • Participate in working groups with national and regional representatives to create standardized workflows across MMA using the available technology toolkit.
  • Support configuration of the agency management system.
  • Document all processes and procedures.
  • Design reporting outputs and create client deliverables.
  • Develop and facilitate training for national or regional teams.
  • Participate in regional workgroups to define requirements, redesign processes, and implement business processes, workflows, and data standards.
  • Consider the agency management system, reporting tools, and other available technology and software when creating new processes.
  • Document and maintain procedures and other business-process artifacts for training and ongoing reference.
  • Collaborate with regional training resources and other stakeholders to identify overarching knowledge gaps and fulfill agency management system onboarding and training needs.
  • Work occasional weekends surrounding scheduled migrations.
  • Travel occasionally, including to off-site venues, possible overnight stays, and other operating companies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in Employee Benefits.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and make business process improvement recommendations.
  • Experience with client relationship, agency, and learning management systems, including Applied Epic, Salesforce, and Appinium.
  • Bias for action and commitment to achieving sustainable results.
