Responsibilities
  • Own the entire sales cycle from acquisition to signing deals through the engagement of appropriate resources such as Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, Business Value Services, Marketing, Partners, Management etc.
  • Use specialized knowledge of the Digital platform, including product knowledge, complex price structuring, reporting tools, and system data to support customer engagement
  • Partner with Senior Account Executives to create account plans, strategize, and identify potential customers’ needs
  • Determine appropriate uses of Salesforce’s proprietary solutions to solve customer problems
  • Structure customer engagement deals using expert understanding of Salesforce technologies, processes, and teams
  • Continuously build and maintain a sales pipeline, analyzing accounts, speaking to customers, and working with Business Development teams to create campaigns and drive pipeline for the business
  • Provide ongoing account support to customers by helping them answer technical questions
