Aftermarket Contract Sales Representative

Job Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and other KPIs including renewal rates, new unit additions, and warranty conversions
- Manage a geographic territory and work with the local CSEs team to expand the contract base by adding new contracts
- Quote customers directly through CRM system
- Work closely with leadership to develop growth strategies for assigned territory
- Contact customers to follow up on leads generated through CSEs and other teams
- Identify and generate lead opportunities for other PerkinElmer businesses
- Respond to customer inquiries, act as their point of contact, and ensure timely resolution
- Develop product knowledge to effectively grow portfolio within territory
- Follow company best practices and processes and learn effective selling techniques
- Maintain sales pipeline and activity accurately in CRM tools
- Upsell / Cross-sell other PerkinElmer services and consumables offerings
- Embrace change and continuous improvement mindset

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of inside sales or field service experience
- Effective time management and organization
- Strong communication skills (telephone & email)
The annual compensation range for this full-time position is $65,000.00 to $80,860.00. The final base pay offered to the successful candidate will be determined by factors including internal equity, work location, as well as individual qualifications, such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
