- Experience administering Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c in standalone and Real Application Clusters environments on Windows 2008 R2 and Windows 2012, with working knowledge of AIX and Linux.
- Experience installing and patching Oracle database software.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring with Oracle Cloud Control, database tuning, and database design standards.
- Monitor and tune database performance.
- Protect data through database backups and related strategies.
- Load or assist with loading database software, upgrades, and patches.
- Evaluate and select infrastructure components.
- Provide operational database support while ensuring data integrity, database availability, and performance.
- Resolve technical problems.
- Assist management with short- and long-range planning for hardware and software changes and additions.
- Serve as project lead for software acquisitions or upgrades.
- Administer Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c standalone, Real Application Clusters, including Exadata, and FailSafe environments on Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2, Windows 2012, AIX, Red Hat Linux, and Oracle Linux platforms.
- Project management skills.
- ANSI SQL and PL/SQL programming.
- Working knowledge of extract, transform, load operations.
- Knowledge of Oracle GoldenGate.
- Knowledge of Oracle Exadata architecture.
- Knowledge of Delphix.
