  • Experience with technical writing tools and platforms, such as MadCap Flare, ReadTheDocs, Sphinx, MkDocs, Adobe FrameMaker
  • Familiarity with AI, computer vision, or robotics concepts.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, update, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and application notes for the Apera Vue vision system software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in-office to locate, review, and standardize existing documentation.
  • Create clear tutorials, instructional content, and diagrams that support user understanding and product adoption.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand standards in all documentation.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation in response to product updates and feature enhancements.
  • Research and implement best practices for technical communication and content organization.
  • Assist in developing internal knowledge bases and team training materials.

  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Graphic design skills for creating visual aids and diagrams.
